    NOLTEC SUSPENSION

I have personally installed these bushings and i can attest to it being a large pain in the ass without proper tools.
be prepared for 1 full day's downtime when replacing these bushings given proper tools.
Also note that Noltec does not cut grease grooves into the bushings to lubricate the sleeve as does energy suspension and superpro.
I advise taking a sharp knife and a torch and melting 8 grooves into the bushings before installing.
This prevents binding and squeeking and prolongs the time
    needed between regrease intervals.

    2. Reasons for replacing rubber component bushings with polyurethane compound bushings.

first off... rubber can become worn out over the years & chances are by this time they are worn out.
Rubber compounds do not take well to weathering or irritants.... such as snow, salt rain, heat, dirt/grime, grease, oil
worn rubber bushings effect alignment and stability of the car.
As well as reducing the cars ability to properly navigate the road even given the harshest circumstances.
worn rubber bushings effect directly the steering of the vehicle as well.

Symptoms of worn bushings include but are not limited to.
    Improper alignment.
    odd steering feel.
    misc. noises/clunks
    worn/rotted/non existant bushings
    uncomfortable ride quality.
lack of stability in movements of the car.
    OLD CAR FEEL(sloppy all over)
inprecision of the vehicles driving characteristics.

contact me if you have pictures.

I hope this serves well as a good basis for those seeking poly urethane alternatives to the worn stock bushings.

Hi bpt323 , I tried how bushings fit in front control arm, but I am confused, because the bushing in FCA is hard to push in by hand without sleeve (i think this is OK). But second one I can push in bracket with sleeve by hand!!!!!.

As You can see, I leaved old shell in(with some pieces of old bushing), but there is small freeplay

              So what is wrong?????

exactly what bushings did you use? and from whom??? i can't say for sure if the GTX bushings are the same or not.... but i do not see why they would be. mazda reused alot of parts across the model ranges. first off i say clean that out properly was the bushing in that end sleeved? er... i think they are all sleeved... did you press the sleeve out?.... im really not exactly sure what to tell ya. seeing as your overseas im assuming you went with superpro?

                  I have Energy susp. kit 4. 3152G,
I drilled few holes to old rubber, than I pushed sleeve away. And result of this You can see on the picture

Solution is to make shell which will fill this space, but I can't understand why is it?? Different dimension on euro models??

are you sure you didn't mix the 2 bushings up from the kit and try putting the wrong one in the wrong place? this is the first time i've heard of any problems

take the front bushing bolt... and slide it through the sleeve it fits most tight in. then match that with the correct bushing. the other one is the rear. if the sleeves fit perfect in each (i dont' think they do) then come back again and we'll get it figured out
