    adjustable cam gears...

im looking to start a list of known adjustable cam gears and their quality.
so far known to be out there
    Obx-$165(pair) on ebay
    Flyin' miata-$129.95(each)-www.flyinmiata.com
    unorthodox racing-$undetermined-not sure of availability
Jun adjustable cam gears-$undetermined-not sure of availability
    HKS?
    cusco?

im not looking to get some cheaply made junk and im not so sure on the Obx gears since they are mass produced and sold so cheaply.
im not trying to break my budget either.

im looking for people to post their opinions on adjustable cam gears they know of prices and where to get them.
if all goes well i'll make this a sticky

I'm pretty sure the UR's are discontinued. Josh knows a little bit about these, might want to drop him a line.

Well I have the Fidanza Cam Gears. The gears cost me $180 shipping included on eBay. They are excellent and I am very satisfied with the gears. Don't buy the OBX. I have a friend that has those gears and the gears slips. That is because the bolts that lock the gears are crap. If you decided to buy the OBX I highly recommend that you change the bolts.

I don't understand toda, does anybody actually buy their stuff? I know it's good, but it's so damn expensive.

iirc, the toda cam gears cost about as much as the hks ones... toda seems mostly like hardcore race stuff, so that's probably why you don't see many people buying it... that, and it's real expensive

Haven't checked lately, but I believe you can still get the UR's - I think they were simply discontinuing certain *colors* - www.unorthodoxracing.com

I'm not totally sure, but I believe FM's are made by Fidanza

I personally would have ordered the Toda's if I had known about them back when I purchased the UR's - they were/are cheaper than the UR's @ $320 for the set - www.todaracing.com

damn nice list there dood. That post needs to be a sticky as bpt323 said.

Um as far as gains off of them, it really depends on your setup and how much tunning you have done and how much more you want to do.
The T3 BP MX-3 conversion has begun, and is taking forever & will kill me.
