Its got a cold weather mod. Oil Pan Heater, Block Heater, Battery Warmer. It use to live in Fairbanks, about 350 miles from me where in the winter, -40-50 below temps were average. It will come out once the JDM GTX/GTR goodies go in come this winter.

I'd hardly call it ghetto raised. I would think the shifter is raised up so it's alot closer to the steering wheel, which means less time moving your hands from wheel to shifter and back. It uses a cable shift system, so when he swaps the GTX/GTR in, it will have to come back down OR re-rig it for the shaft/rod shift linkage.
