idle adjustment screw

    my only problem is rpm dropping to around 500 when put ONLY in to gear. It stays at 750 whith clutch in. Thats what leads me to belive is electrical. Changing the throttle position screw would make me idle higher no doubt, but rpms would still drop after 1st is engaged. Since idle adjustment screw was turned before the aic was replaced, I was was just curious if any1 knew how they were set at the factoy, or the steps needed to set to factory specs.

      im also having problems finding the factory setting on the TAS screw, someone want to shed some light? and if i adjusted it, cuz im OCD like that, would it be the reason why im getting 300km for 35L of gas?
      Mazda Protege 1998 LX 1.8 AT.
      it look like a green turd with wheels.

        I have pics that may help in adjusting this screw and also a pic of the diag plug that you have to put a jumper wire on...
