Post your PCMark04 Score or update your existing score w/ a screenshot.

For the PCMark04 noobs go to the PCMark04 website and download the free version. Then run the program, which runs a series of 10 tests.

PCMark04 is like a dyno for your computers overall performance. The higher the number the better.

EDIT: Almost forgot you'll also need to download Windows Media Encoder 9.

If you have a really bad graphics card this benchmark software will not give you a score. So if you've run all the 10 test on you machine and no score shows up. Click on the Options button in the main menu --> Click Details button --> Results Tab --> expand the System Test Suite tree and find the area where your system failed. (Might be time for an upgrade )

bah that 3500 is from my old athlon XP rig.

this is my new A64 rig score

Specs:
A64 venice 939 3200
DFI lanparty SLI mobo
EVGA 7800GTX 256mb vid
2x1gb OCZ platinum 4000 ram running dual channel
OCZ 520w powerstream psu
2x74gb SATA raptors running RAID 0 (store ur games/progs & os on them..its ****ing insanely fast)+ a 200gb IDE barracuda for additional storage
Using onboard LAN & Sound b/c IMO its good enough
Have a pos sony DVDRW drive that i need to upgrade, but other than that, no other drives installed at the moment lol.

Yo Wil, close that result window and grab a screenshot of the main window. It'll have your last result posted there and we'll be able to see how fast your CPU is running (if overclocked, etc. or whatever).

I think my water cooling setup is a little ineffective. I followed the instructions in the manual and put very little arctic silver between the CPU and the water block. I think that's rendering the water block useless. I have to take it off, put arctic silver like I usually do, and overclock that baby to 4.0GHz like everyone else.

I edited the first post w/ a little info on pcmark04 and a link. Try it out. My old pc was around the 1000s.

Upgraded my video card to a POS Viseontech x300se Radeon based card (256MB).
