BPZE head vs a FSDE or FSZE

Are the two interchangable ? As in will the FS seris head bolt onto a BP block ?
or how bout the Cams , springs , rotors and lifters ?
How bout a FSDE crank rods and pistons into a BPZE ?
Just rambling off ideas to which I have no time or money to Investigate.

      ^ what he said....

two way different engines. Parts will NOT interchange, without unnecessary and very expensive fabrication.

I know this thread is almost 2 years old, but I just wanted to mention that yes, the FS head will bolt on the the BP block, but the oil drain back galleries and some coolant passages are in different spots and therefore, will not work properly unless modified to hell. But the FS head flows way better than the BP

you can also bolt a b16 head on a k series.
but theres no reason to do so.

I worked on a FS head today... it was warped .013". Overheated.

It also had smaller valves, and the exhaust port was smaller...
