                    Thought it over and part of it is working out frustrations in a positive way...[Killing **** on the XBOX wasn't cutting it anymore]:ARCADE: Considering the physical changes I've seen in just three weeks, I would recommend working out to everyone. Never too old [or young] to start...I actually find myself looking forward to it as it's great way to put a bad day at work behind you.
                    If it can be done wrong, I will...somehow I always finish tearing things up before I can fix'em ...

                          yeah, im with lisa. if i dont work out at all, i actually lose weight. it sucks. i have to work out if i dont want to be some skinny white guy. i broke my arm a year ago, last oct. and did nothing but sit on the couch for two months and eat junk food and watch tv. at the end of it, i lost 5lbs

                            working out is a pain in the ass but worth it. right now i sit at 5'6 and 158 lbs and aside from highschool am in the best shape of my life my my endurance isnt what it was then but that cause i cant run and good distance anymore anything over 6 miles and my knee's hurt too much.
                            mods: engine: fm stroker lightened and knifedged crank, 11:1, custom crank scraper, fully p&p head and intake mani, bored throttle body, flowed and matched stock injectors, rx7 vaf, apexi safc, gude race cams, modded ecu 8200 fuel cutoff, blaster coil, clutchmasters stage 3 clutch, fidanza fly wheel and timeing gears, msp diff, custom shortram in a cold air box

                            suspension: s/r struts intrack springs and intrax sway bars 15x6.5 rims kumho mx tires 205 50 r 15
