    Im back at it!!

Well im all done now, fully divorced, fully moved, and back in business!! Soooo im gonna hit it hard, fast, and intense (sounds like a porn) lol. im not into swimming. Im into building mass. Yes swimming is a good cardio/toning exercise, kinda like pushups. A person would never gain alot of mass due to just swimming.

You guys should be lucky you don't gain weight that easily. If you had my genetics you can build muscle real easy, but you have to maintain it or it goes really flabby. Down side is you can also gain weight the unhealthy type.

Me, I'm naturally built like fullback with very broad shoulders. At 5'5 at 195 lbs, I stop lifting heavy weights long time ago, I just do alot of cardio for example 3 1/2 miles 4 days a week of jogging. Right now I'm happy having a 4 pack and a liter for abs at 34, back when I was 20 yrs old I was totally cut at 182 benchpressing 315 max 3 times; including a full schedule workout 5 days a week. Let say I used to be a gym rat.

These days I don't mine doing 12 ounce curls and pounding down a quarter pounder from burger king. But I still take Myoplex for protein shake before every workout or after.

                      geeze...5'5 195lbs? Your a stock mother ****er!

My worst fear in life is becoming overweight. So im VERY thankful that my metabolism is very fast and that lean genetics run in my family.

But as for an update im up to 188lbs already. Not bad 7lbs in 19 days.

I'm with Darren, I hope I never get fat. I swear I'd start making myself throw up if I ever got overweight.

Right now, I lost alot of muscle mass, I some what shrunk. I'm not as strong, I've been doing cardio workouts for the last 4 years. hehehe I better start hitting some light weights. Dam my shoulders are getting a little boney.

I've been too busy/lazy to hit the weights for the past few months. I've lost a few lbs.
