I know this is an old thread, but i hope to revive it and talk more about Hawaii.

Having just been to Maui and the Big Island, i must say you have a true paradise of blessed islands. i can't say how much i loved it. As Koroma said, it's also home #2 for me...but how do you guys handle the low speed limits and lack of highways...going around in cirlces would drive me nutty...lol

I didn't mind driving 25mph everywhere cause i wanted to see all the sites, but i can see it being an issue if i lived there...although thats what going to the mainland is for i guess...HAHAHA

I'll be returning from deployment at some point in time and it'd be great to have a Mazda friend help be get my car back to DD status from storage.

Holy S***! I didn't realize you're in Hawaii!?!? How long have you been here? I remember you from the escortracing days, but you weren't in Hawaii then were you? I can't believe you've been under my nose (like jacobrussel) and I've never met you.

I'd be down to help out with your car! The only problem is I'll be leaving for work to the Big Island sometime in February/March for a year. When do you get back?

Well you never know. I might still be here. I'm actually supposed to be there now, but the job keeps getting pushed back and delayed.
