                  well, since summer's officially in, i guess i do have to shed off the christmas booze and food. lol. haven't gotten bacc to yoga since december so im doin that by nest week. Have a treadmill at home but havent used it since i got it. lol unfortunately, was sick for a week so i lost a couple pounds but still... have to get ready cuz im hittin the beach in three weeks (the only time i get a vacation from work). yey! i seriously need a tan. good lucc to me.

                      haha, i lost 10 lbs of muscle over the winter, i just completely stopped working out. i'm 5'11 and was 165, now down to 155. lol i never knew i had 10 lbs of muscle to lose in the first place. hoping to get up to 170 by the time school starts back up! almost 4 months, shouldn't be too hard.

                              Stfu. Must be nice to have time to work out. Lol. After working 13-15 hrs I want to go home,shower,eat dinner,maybe smack the wife around a little and crash. I'm going to drop this weight and get in shape if it kills me.

                                Meh, I haven't worked out since February.

                                I can just get away with it right now.
