I say less meat more veggies, but everybody has a different body chemistry. Finding the right workout really counts and the one enjoy doing. I jog 4 days a week, 4.3-4.5 miles per day. I enjoy that and also sight seeing

          sweet good job man...

Im 295 (im also 6'5") but about a month ago i cut out regular soda and unless im out i dont drink caffeine either... and working a night shift i never thought that would happen.

I even have a deciently physical job and i cannot get the weight to go away cutting big ticket items out of my diet... i eat out barely ever, i have 300 calarie lunches... Im glad you have figured out something that works!

Weight issues...been there. From your post today, apparently you're on a mission. It always seems once you "get the ball rolling" it gets a little easier every day. Fast food will pack the pounds on...must...stay...away...from...drive...thru...
If it can be done wrong, I will...somehow I always finish tearing things up before I can fix'em ...

I have to say that yes it is getting a little easier but I'm still finding myself wanting to grab that snickers lol. The only food I order from now on(which is every weekday) is a chicken salad. Thanks everyone for the support.

I plan on keeping it going. I want to be just like you only without the pillow bitting.

Seriously I fkd up at the bbq tuesday. I haven't gained any but I haven't lost any. Sunday I wil have onother weigh in so we'll see then. If I did loose any it might be maybe a lb or 2 not as big as the last weigh in. I have increased carbs a little but I haven't picked up any junk food. also now my boss has been making me start work at 1-2 am so I get home with plenty of time to workout so I will be starting that probably next week. I'm going to see if he can keep me doing this early morning deal.

                              That looks great man !

First few weeks you'll loose more weight then the 4th, 5th one etc, unless you start some physical movement

Every once in a while you must eat some fa(s)t food, otherwise your body will get upset if you eat it in like 3 months from, because your body is not used to it then anymore.
But that was my reasoning, I did eat at the Burgerking, McDonalds etc. every four weeks, just to enjoy the taste of the fa(s)t food :D

If I do ever eat at the fast food joints I will only buy a grilled chicken sandwich or a burger. No condoments on anything and no fries. I really do hope I can start working out more. Hell 30mins a day is better than nothing.
