Dome Light Doesn't work and is wired up.

Ok. everything is wired up. It also has a bulb in it. But it doesn't light up when doors are open or the switch is in the on position. What could be the problem ?!

Those things ground via the mounting screws.

              I don't know.
For me it was a bulb that I thought was good, but then I replaced it anyway and it works ever since. After I took it out one of the ends fell off. The element was fine.
