as mentioned 91 4wd pro w/ 17" motegi mr7's (dont hate they were 250 with pretty good tires) a very molested sohc 173k on the odo. 626 front lip, and the cone filter biotches (left over from my escort).

I have a bpt sitting on a engine stand that will go in once i move into my house and get a daily driver (we got possesion yesterday!!!) unfourtunatly the bathroom and kitchen renovations come first... that day will be amazing.

I have a turbonetics t3/t4 that will go on some day, but i want to spool then ill take the time to go standalone and the whole 9 yards.
There are no stupid questions, just stupid people.

No car! I soldz it. Now I have a truck. I like it, but apparently it has a hard time keeping up with a slightly modified 4WD protege with half the hp. Neat.

1990 Protege AWD 5spd...steel blue with nasty beige interior.

Found in Denver, CO. July 31st. Purchased August 3rd. 158k miles, worn clutch, very dirty interior, a ding or two in every panel, very minor rust bubbles around windshield. Runs good but needs just about everything, but it was perfect for the $900 I spent.

BPT/GTR candidate and am hoping for an interior color change to charcoal/black/something dark.

Car now resides with me in the Des Moines, IA area.

                      Regards,
                      Joel

Yup thats where my 4wd came from, Colorado. Its acctually daves old car that has been improved since he owned it.

It got GTX motor/trans, full GTX interior, manual seatbelts, Gab 6 way adj struts in the rear and kyb's in the front sitting on H&R springs. I just swapped my old vf10 hybrid turbo with the corksport downpipe, and installed a fmic.

I keep finding 4wd proteges in my area. One is silver with a great body and 206k miles according to owner. The other is harbour blue with 221k miles and really beat up. Both have the 5-speed and are from 1990. It's weird how they just turn up like that.

Did any of them ever come as a LX version with power windows, or sunroof, or DOHC motors? Cause the part stores ask me if its a DOHC ot SOHC when they look up parts. Just curious
