      I didn't do the same steps. I just used an effect in PS 7. If I wanted to, I could probably mask off the wheels.

          it looks good....i'm just not a big fan of filters. that probably took all of about ten seconds to do? a full cell shade which keeps the edges sharp and does not blur the pic takes a few hours time. try a cellshade. we know you can use filters now

            I decided to give it a try, I did it a little differently than you said but I think it turned out well. Its not a protege though, its only a Honda S2000 but still a nice car.
