looks really good. i will admit with it being built 100% out of car and 1500 miles away from you i was concerned. but it looks like it fits great. i will email you a few mount ideas.

as always thanks for the business.

So, basicly, how do you exactly conduct measurents?

Are those bas-reflex-port and box alone "in-pair" with driver(speaker), or is this just custom build with space and aesthetuc in mind only?

I have some plans on doing some simmilar enclosures for speakers but as I'm no audio expert I only know what I have read so far, and from what I saw there are many programs to use to calculate box volume for specific driver and setup. How do you measure volume of nonsymetric boxes like this one? Pieces of styrofoam sounds great but anything other than fluid seems to me like too inacurate.
        How do you do it?

Hey Ryan do you have a picture of how flat the carpet sits in the rear with all that white insulation?

I'd like to do at least the exhaust tunnel but I still want the carpet sitting flush.

if you use the roll portion of it, its no more then OEM. so you can lay it out nicely & still have a clean look. if you overdo it then the carpet will bulge all over the place.
just take your time & remove bits here/there as desired. Also with time/pressure it tends to hold form.
