Robert has a great start to a nice car. He has yet another envyed BG with a v6 swap in it. I have no doubt that he will follow through and finish this car and made it an out standing ride.
I'd like to be the first to congratulate him on his car.

Hello , my name is Robert and im the oldest of two boys. I was born in Carolina Puert Rico in 1972.In 1990 I got my first car a 1975 Datsun b-210 and drove it till i got married in 1992 and move to Orlando Florida .
now something about the protege.
Mary was born in japan on March 1993.even thouhg she was the youngest of about 5,000 or morebuilt that year she still tipped the scales at 3,440lbs.She started her life as a DX with automatic tranny.Soon after birth Mary was separeted from her birth place and shipped to Puerto Rico with some of her siblings. Once there she was sent to her new foster parents Mazda of PR. One June afternoon my mom called me and told me the she drove by the mazda dealer and so a beautifull blue protege and she wanted to go see it.Few hours later mary had a new home. After so many years of excelent service my mom decided that it was time to replace her. A/C,struts,oil leaks, among other things made her take that desicion. In 2002 i put Mary on a boat and send her my way. Here Mary went thru a lots of chages like turbo her little tired SOHC with a weak auto tranny, with that Mary ran a her best with a 14.0 @ 102.Soon after that a 5 speed tranny found a new home on Mary.Right after that ,THanks to Chris (turpro)Mary found a new hart,a almost new DOHC engine and a complete to the T a LX transformation, again a turbo setup found the way back in to Marys life. With other mods (to long to list) Mary this time ran a best of 12.9 @ 116, but that was it, Mary was giving up on life her turbo was getting a little weak and ofcourse my heavy foot took mary to her last breath. Tell you the truth I was giving up on her too but after so many talks about selling her and getting a newer car and talking about it with Crhis,he made me chage my mind, I guess im a BP guy after all. So now mary has a new reason to live her third hart a KLDE thanks to a no longer wanted Ford Probe. i guess her legasy will live on for my kids to enjoy.
I'd like to be the first to congratulate him on his car.
