    Help with CD Player wiring

I am trying to install cd player in my gf protege 94. I found wiring for protege 94 with explanation somewhere on the internet, but the problem is that the wire colors don't match the ones in her car (there are alot of blue wires with different stripe colors in her car ). Could you guys please help me with that, I am about to give up finding anything on the internet after spending 2 days of searching.
HEre is what I got from the net:

1994 Mazda Protege Car Stereo Radio Wiring Diagram

Car Radio Constant 12v+ Wire: Blue/Red
Car Radio Switched 12v+ Wire: Blue/White
    Car Radio Ground Wire: Chassis
    Car Radio Illumination Wire: Red/Black
    Car Stereo Dimmer Wire: N/A
    Car Stereo Antenna Trigger: N/A
Car Stereo Amp Trigger Wire: N/A
    Car Stereo Amplifier Location: N/A
    Front Speakers Size: N/A
    Front Speakers Location: N/A
Left Front Speaker Positive Wire (+): Blue
Left Front Speaker Negative Wire (-): Blue/White
Right Front Speaker Positive Wire (+): Blue/Red
Right Front Speaker Negative Wire (-): Blue/Yellow
    Rear Speakers Size: N/A
    Rear Speakers Location: N/A
Left Rear Speaker Positive Wire (+): Blue/Red
Left Rear Speaker Negative Wire (-): Blue/Green
Right Rear Speaker Positive Wire (+): Blue/White
Right Rear Speaker Negative Wire (-): Blue/Green

Its confusing - Blue\White, for example, is used in several places.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Here is the page straight out of the Mazda factory service manual:

I have a Crutchfield wiring kit that I'll sell to you for $12 shipped, if you're interested.

If you get a harness adapter, like you should splicing the stock wiring is bad, it actualy lables which each one goes to for the most part. And the color accuracy was about 90% correct when I did my 1st gen.

you still have to splice everything with a harness adapter, it just color matches the wires.

I live my life a quarter pounder at a time. And for those 500 calories or more, I'm free. I need FRIES! Two of them. The big ones. Oh, and I need them tonight. You're lucky the double shot of BBQ sauce didn't blow the seam on your nugget box. There she is, 2 pounds of pure beef. My dad ate it in 9.0 seconds flat. Check it out, it's like this. If I lose, winner takes my happy meal. But if I win, I take the burger and the toy. To some people, that's more important.

you splice the new headunits wiring which is easily replacable VS. the car wiring that is attached to the car and not so.

Dash harnesses are easy to swap.. **** I got dash removal down to 35-45 mins. Add 15-20 for the harness swap and its cake from there

get a harness adapter. i've gotten the scosch radio adapters from walmart for almost every car i've ever owned, the wires on the adapter are the exact same colors as every headunit i've installed. for 8 bucks, turning a 4 hour job into 20 minutes, worth every penny.

mmm...guess you have a point there. I'm only using 3 of the original wires anyways, but i guess for another car it could be useful

`not only that but soldering the joints out of the car is much easier than in the car (especially if just splicing to the factory harness where they done even hardly come out of the dash) and soldering FTW (wow first time if said ftw, oops second now)

I am the king of hackjobs, i mean ill cut bend pull push what i have to to get it to fit/get it together (if i need to, and my escort being my daily driver there was alot of need to keep it up and running), but when i have the time (which is nice now about my boost slut not being my daily driver, ive ALWAYS got time) im the most frustrating guy to work with because im a perfectionist. My sister had an amp installed in the protege i sold my parents, i wired it for an amp and wired in my old kenwood head unit, and she said the stereo shop even said "whoever installed it did a great job"!

nothing like solder and heat shrink to make it look AMAZING my two favorite wiring buddys, well beyond my strippers (WIRE strippers dirty minds)
There are no stupid questions, just stupid people.
