What G/C spring rate do you recommend for the 323 gt

Depends how much abuse you are willing to take on the street and how far you drive it daily... I had 275front/325rear on my protege5 and it wasn't bad when doing short trips or the occasional long trip. I drove over 1000km a week at the time though... by the end of the summer my back couldn't handle it anymore.-Dave

on a gtx... i'd say 250/300 f/r i'm not sure what they should be for a gt... but i'd guess close.

i actually meant 300/200 f/r on the gtx... but still doesn't help you much. i was super tired.

I have 400front and 350rear.
Tokico struts at the moment and 215/35/17 tires.
I didint have any understeer with my JDM BP.
Camber etc must be set up right not to have understeer. I let my friends rally team to adjust things right and it worked great.
But all my friends say that 400/350 is way too stiff for our roads. But i like to drive fast and i like it this way.

low 200 front
high 200 rear.
