Also what about the oil restrictor? Where can I get 1 and any specific size/demensions?

Anyone actually find the answer to what's on the block side for fittings?... I am wondering for oil and water?

They say you'd need a .055 to .060 hole diameter for a journal barring and around .035 for a BB

I have a little something in the works and for oil feed I'm going to use a -4 line, but I'd think a -3 would work to...I'd just go a little bigger hole on the -3 and smaller on the -4.

I read on the aussie sites that the thread on the oil feed from the block is really odd - never found the answer when I was looking for it. You could order the banjo bolt from Mazda and make your own line with a banjo end.

water doesnt use fittings....per say I beleive its a barb fitting, on the block side...but cant remember..might plumb right back into the coolant pipe that runs infront of the motor, I'll have to check on that....and I beleive I have an extra banjo bolt lying around that I will try and get measurements on this weekend....if I have an extra.....lines are 3an to the oil inlet and 6an sized hose for water lines, but might not be able to use 6an fittings.... the inlet and outlet for coolant on the turbo are also banjo bolt and barb fittings...I'll see If I can find the fitting size for those as well
granted these sizes are for a t3/vj20 but I wouldnt think that they would differ on just a vj20....basically I'll go this weekend and try and get all the an fittings lined up for a complete an type setup for the turbo

If I recall correctly it's m 10 x 1.50. Which is a little on the odd side. They really should have made it a fine thread fitting I think.

OK here's what I came up with...

                        The oil feed is M10-1.50

                        see I even took pix...

                        And the coolant is M12-1.25

Water feed fitting from M12 x 1.25 to -4AN Flare
