    oh dear...

considering that this thread has cleared 1000 posts and that it's a complete mess, i'm going to close it and make a new discussion thread. i'll keep this stickied since it has all the important group buy information. i will still be able to continue updating the first post with payment information etc.

new thread to come later this evening... for now, everyone please take a chill pill.

Jon-not to step on your toes. im posting here accordingly since there is no other thread yet.

I spoke with Stephen(Mfactory) & was asked accordingly to update you & the members involved.

        Team MFactory says:
could you post up in the G-series thread seeing as it is locked
just say that you are posting on my behalf since i can't post in the locked thread
tell them that the second prototype has been tested for over 1000 miles etc, with no oil leakage attributing from the axel backlash
the second tester has provided feedback about its performance through trials in both dry & extreme wet conditions
"In hydroplaning conditions Auto-Biasing is easily notable- alltho a given difficult situation to maintain a straight line. the lsd provides a severely drastic improvement consistantly transferring power between the wheels providing more available traction In dry conditions the Auto-biasing is a smooth transition hardly noticeable to a persay "everyday driver"- beyond its exceptionally increased
traction through each & every corner/turn. Exiting speeds are notably increased in excess of 15+mph Vs an open differential- as noted on one of my personal favorites, traction to the inside wheel is immensely improved
Roundabouts also feel amazing in comparison(feels like the car is a merry-go-round stuck to the road). Dan has already proven its worth during launching applications so i need not be
        redundant in explaining it"
and mention that for the axle backlash, everything was 100% within spec with the two oem samples that Jon sent us, so we are not sure why there is this problem, but we will be looking into it

Dan_Sac- In reference to BS & comments posted cutting you down for your contributions to testing Mfactory has informed me that you would rather wait for the revised LSD (with no according axel backlash) then continue any further testing at the time

In which case it is brought to the rest of the members involved-
        Team MFactory says:
we need to see if anyone else experienced an oil leak with dans diff
This leaves the open position for "X" member who is willing to pick up dans spot & test to see if they as well have oil leaking issues.*note*(whomever resumes testing the prototype will not recieve another "NEW" LSD but merely new bolts & any internal gears/sections that are revised)- this will equate to form a correct LSD @ the minor expense of "some assembly required "- a joke for those whom are uptight currently
        Team MFactory says:
        yup
obviously we'll send them new bolts when the time comes
and if we modify any of the gears inside

Jon, please copy this post to the new thread as soon as you get one created. i feel it has value to the topic

also if no axel stubs have been provided i'll pitchin some $$$ to help the shipping cause of getting some axel stubs to Mfactory & getting things straightened out.
