Sure thing Paul - the Vegas weekend was a blast, the drive home, not so much - thanks for having everything ready to go, really saved me some good time.

So far I got most of the ~25 dings done, it has some slight damage around the pass side keyhole, which I was going to shave, then I realized 'wait, that's the side I'm going to be going in through in the future' so I have to get the metal fixed

The grand plan is to break it down as follows:

*exterior - fix cosmetic body damage, shave 3rd brake light, 93+ tails & garnish, upper/lower rear spoilers, GTR rear bumper w/lip, GTX front bumper, side skirts, fender flares, and some 0 or very low offset 16x8 or 9s (which I have to find a way to get from Germany), then paint (silver metallic), EDM headlights & corners.

*interior - recover dash & door panels, mx3 front seats, mx3 carpet, gas door & trunk release cables, all mx3 wiring harness, manual seatbelts, and if I get lucky a full sunroof.

*engine bay - rhd conversion, engine bay cleanup (seam welding, smoothing/covering up all unused holes or fasteners), brand new mx3 OEM wiring harness (no more oily stiff crap), mild wire tuck, and of course the fully rebuilt KLDE with a fully rebuilt g-series (new synchros, bearings, CZT diff) with an Escort 5th gear for the nice freeway cruising. And something about a megasquirt and an M62. Fidanza flywheel/Clutchmasters clutch.

*suspension - still thinking about D2 or k-sports, though I think I may get some koni inserts/eibachs for that price. Full mx3 subframes front & rear, 4-wheel disc brakes (no ABS), and hopefully a bunch of Superpro bushings.

That's about it, the plan is to have it run mid 14s on the motor and high 12s on boost (7lb, non-intercooled, stealth install). Definitely don't want the fastest or flashiest car (hence why I'm skipping the Lamborghini orange pearl paint job I initially wanted and sticking with a n elegant silver), but it'll be the way *I* want it, which is really all one can ask for.

Should take me most of the summer, I'm definitely excited about the challenge and looking forward to doing some good work.

Wow a supercharged V6 powered 323!! Did you source a PGT or MX-6 SC kit?? Or are you going to put your fabricator hat on for the brackets and source a Grand Prix charger from the wreckers??

Found one already made, but I'll probably have to customize it to my liking. It's an A/C location mount clutched M62, which means I can turn it off with a switch. The 7psi will be achieved via an overdrive crank pulley. If I do it right, it should not even be obvious that it's boosted and the intake pipe will look like a cold air intake.

Picked up the supercharger kit today, it's in great shape. The M62 is freshly rebuilt, there is only one bracket holding it very securely to the block, and it uses all OEM tensioners - as stealth as I wanted it and more. Even came with good black silicone couplers and t-clamps. The clutched pulley works great, this will be my favorite 'push to pass' button yet

7 more days till I officially kick this project in gear!

I should, and charge like $149.99 for them - it's actually just a 3/16" plate with a few choice holes drilled in it.

                          Here's how you do it.

                          1) Remove A/C compressor from your KL
                          2) Take 3/16" steel plate and bolt onto a/c bracket
                          3) Take blower and bolt to 3/16" plate

That's it. Sure you, have to mock it up a bit to make sure the pulleys line up, but that's really the hardest part.

Yes, there are other fitment issues - I'll relocate the oil filter housing, and probably rebuild the lower radiator support to make a little more room and make it comfortable to work there. Pics and all that jazz will come next week when I'm done with finals.
