        Oh....Oh, Mr. Dan I have a question LOL. When the charger is not in use do need to use a diverter valve of some kind?? (when it is in naturally aspirated mode). For example another path for the intake air to enter the engine (when the charger is not in use).

                          Rayman, you are thinking about this all wrong! Just imagine that the MX-3 signed it's organ donor card. Now other Mazda's will survive thanks to the brave MX-3 and the automotive surgical skills of Dr. Dan

                            The MX3 was nice, but it had a power steering leak (see the front subframe), burnt a quart of oil every 500 miles, and the paint was oxidized heavily on all horizontal surfaces. It was time for it to go, and part of it will live on.

                                Yeah, back in the days, I brought enough of them to untimely demises. I mainly rescue them now, as is the case with my daily driver that I brought home in boxes and is now a healthy one :D
