First question, yes. See here: http://www.wihandyman.com/forum/showthread.php?t=39819

Second question, eeeeh... no! hehe A little bit too expensive! I was planning on developing another one, less expensive and better design, but since I have no money and another race car, I am dropping it! But you can buy the car and do a part-out, then you'll have it for almost free!

I will be doing a part-out. If there is something you like, PM me for the price. As soon as it is all apart, I will post a new sale thread.

You might want to rethink your not having a harness bar. =D

what? I have a full roll cage, don't need a harness bar!? The harness bar IS
                my rollcage!

Anyway, the car don't exist anymore. I will be building another race car with a ST205 Celica GT-Four...

Ok but the way the harness is tied in could kill someone, from the pictures that you posted there is to much slack in the harness. Not trying to be an ass it just what I saw.

The harness was mounted by FIA standard and OMP guidelines(it was for Road Racing and everything was done by FIA rules), I don't know what you are talking about, there was no slack at all.
