I've noticed a light blue 90-91 Protege sitting in the same spot with no plates for a couple of years now. It just dawned on me the other day that this is also the same years that 4WD Pro's were available in the US. My question is, without walking up into these people's driveway and looking under their car, how can I tell if it's 4WD?
It's for sure a 90-91, SOHC (single tip muffler, manual mirrors, unpainted handles), has rear mudflaps, and has no badges that say LX/DX/SE (both fenders are bare). If it's a 4WD, I'm stopping by there tomorrow and offering them some money to get it out of their way.
