    Parts Media Blasting

I can now provide this service to anyone in need of it. If you're interested in having something done, please contact me via PM, Email, or even AIM. I will require that you provide me with pictures of the items that you wish to have done before I can provide a solid quote. This is due to some item conditions that may require special attention. The time it takes is usually 1 day (depending on weather as I do this outside in the open and the amount of items that are in line to be done) I can have it shipped back to you within the week unless told otherwise.

This will remove most any surface corrosion, but will not prevent it from occurring again. It may slow down the process for a short period of time, but it's highly recommended that you have your items coated with a protective sealant asap like ceramics or paint. This is not a quick fix for highly damaged parts..

    $25¹ - Small Parts - Brackets, Flanges, Mounts,ect.
$35² - Medium Parts - Turbine Housings, Compressor Housings, ect.
$45² - Large Parts - Valve Covers, Intake Manifolds, Exhaust Manifolds, Control Arms, ect.

¹ Price includes up to 3 parts of similar size combined. If the items are very very small we can work something out.
² Add $6 for cast iron items due to the extra time that it takes.

Cost includes pre-cleaning, does not include shipping to and from me. Shipping costs will be totally up to you. I will return ship via the same method that was used by you. Return shipping costs must be included with your payment before hand. I highly recommend that you insure your items for the total value and get the best package tracking available. I will not be responsible for any lost or in-transit item damages. Payments are to be made via paypal to syndustries@bellsouth.net. Please contact me before shipping or sending any payments.
Sample pictures will be posted soon.

My cam sucks.. whats new about that? anyways here's some samples.

BP26 exhaust manifold de-rusted back to the original cast finish.

VJ11 compressor housing cleaned up and finished

Kind of hard to see, but in this pic the turbine housing of the t3 was blasted too.

Here you can see a before and after shot. On the blasted side you will notice some darker areas which is just dust that needs to be washed off after the whole process has been completed.

My setup is actually a pretty effective for what it is > 20 gal 2 hp compressor plumbed in to a homemade pressurized 5 gallon media tank plumbed to just a cheapy harbor freight blasting gun. I plan to invest some coin in a better setup down the road, but this is perfect for now and gets the job done. As for soda, you can use a spot gun if the tip is small enough, otherwise it's a waste.

                        MD323's Millenia intake

Intake looked just about the same as the valve cover does before starting on it.

Valve cover (before) / Intake about 45% done (after)
