Either way working out will make you feel like you have so much energy for about an hour then you'll feel like you just want to relax. I'd suggest after work for that reason. Dont need to be snoozing on the job. As far as working out at home, its only so good because you'll get comfortable with it and putting it off more and more. If you go somewhere else you are going there for that reason to work out so you'll be more motivated. Heck you might see some nice ladys out there also other people can motivate you just seeing them workout.

Don't have much time, but I may chime in once in a while. I have a B.S. degree in Human Performance and Development with coaching specializations in wresltling adn track and field. I worked as one of the three main professional fitness specialists at the Bellevue Athletic Club (now the Bellevue Club) the most prestigious private athletic facility in the state of Washington. I have been teaching science and "hea;th and fitness" in public education for the past 27 years. I am currently on the speaking circuit for coaches at the biggest annual coaches' conference in Pacific Northwest with the likes of Jim Radcliffe, strength training coach for the University of Oregon.

Having said all that (not trying sound big-headed) I am just trying to reassure all of you that what I say comes from loads of medical readings and experience. I am currently attempting to finish writing a book on fitness and nutrition which I hope I can use as a launvhing pad toward a differentr career path once I retire from public education.

You want some advice? I'll give you some later.... I'm going to go get some beauty sleep....

This is kind of a dead topic anymore.

It's always relevant though. Just trying to stay healthy takes constant attention if it doesn't come natural.
I'm fairly fit because I have a physical job and I ride my bile to work every day. Still, I could do much better. Diet and exercise are a riddle it seems.
