Sorry if i sound lost, but where is mazdafest held? It sounds like a good idea to do it at mazdafest, but what about the egt guys, would they have issues? Im deep in s.f.l.a. so tennesse look like the driving limit to me.(my mom lives there lol).
I would love to see a good turnout from Cp.
We can also do something like the superstreet tour, different legs(so no one is left broken down alone),buffet dinner, cheap hotels, you know until we reach our destination. Example, if the meet is in Tenn, I would drive I-95 north, meeting other members along the way (W.palm, lakeland, orlando, ect.) until we reach Tenn.
          JUST AN IDEA.

There might be more east coasters but that doesn't necessarily mean more will show even if you did hold it on the east coast. Regardless, 2012 sounds good to me. I should have my cruise control installed by then.

BTW, who the heck wants to go to Boseman, Montana? Oooohhh, maybe somebody who shows up for a Mazda meet in a Pontiac?

Texas? Central? yeah..... Central America..... LOL

Nah, Texas is still closer than someplace east. Isn't it a little HOT in the summer in Texas? I son't know it my car can take it....

Look, they hold Sturgess for Harley guys way out in the middle of bum-puck USA.... I think there needs to be a lot of thought that goes into a choice of location not just predicated on where the majority of members are but the decision should be based on a wide variety of variables pertinent toward making the event memorable.

OMG, did that come out of my fingers? I need to start drinking again.....

Mazdafest is in Indianapolis. The EGT guys will have no problems.

Mazdafest is cool, but it's not that "involved" of a meet, if you understand what i'm saying. You show up, park, look at cars, maybe win an award if you car is awesome, then you're left to your own devices.

I'd say this needs to be more of a weekend party. (Not necessarily a rager or anything, but just a loose atmosphere, maybe near a place to go take a nice drive one day.)

I have been to the passed three EECMM events and there is always a good turn out (read:80+ cars) The next one will be hosted in the NC outer banks (OBX)

I for one would be interested in going to a clubprotege meet, hell I was going to go to the one which bombed at the last week.
I live my life a quarter pounder at a time. And for those 500 calories or more, I'm free. I need FRIES! Two of them. The big ones. Oh, and I need them tonight. You're lucky the double shot of BBQ sauce didn't blow the seam on your nugget box. There she is, 2 pounds of pure beef. My dad ate it in 9.0 seconds flat. Check it out, it's like this. If I lose, winner takes my happy meal. But if I win, I take the burger and the toy. To some people, that's more important.

How about having it in Hawaii? Lol, that works the best for me, haha.

Is it ok if I show up without a car? I was thinking of flying the family up for this, but shipping the car is out of the question, lol. Maybe I can rent a Mazda when I get there.
Before you criticize someone, first try walking a mile in their shoes. Because then you'll be a mile away, and you'll have their shoes...
