    FS: Oil filter relocation kit with front-mount oil cooler

    Selling my oil filter relocation and front mount cooler setup from the 323 since I won't be supercharging the car.

    2,000 miles of use and 3 oil changes on the entire setup.

    This is for 2.5L KL engines, can be adapted to just about anything with a bit of work - you'd need an engine specific adapter plate at the block.

    Included in the kit are (details for everything below):

    MBX adapter plate
    • standard issue, mounts with 3 stock bolts, comes with 1/2" NPT threads ($45)




    XRP adapters, fittings and hose ends
    • (1) forged 1/2" NPT to -8AN male adapter ($17)
    • (1) straight -8AN hose ends ($12)
    • (3) 90-degree -8AN swivel hose ends ($75)
    • (1) 30-degree -8AN swivel hose end ($30)
    • (1) straight -8AN female-to-male take-off adapter with integrated 1/8" NPT gauge or sender port - this thing is cool because you can put either a gauge or an oil press/temp sender inline without extra fuss ($16)
    • (1) 90-degree, 1/2" NPT male to -8AN hose end ($35)
    • (2) straight 3/4" NPT to -8AN o-ringed boss adapters ($22)




    XR-31 Black -8AN hose & heat shielding
    • ~5 feet of it. Costs $0.67/inch.

    • Remote Filter Mount, Anodized Billet Aluminum, Straight Port
    • Uses massive mustang 5.0 filter (79-95) for minimal pressure drop across filter




    So, as you can see, I have $447 + tax + shipping (over $500 in all) invested in the whole thing, plus many hours of sizing everything up and getting all the right parts put together. I don't expect to make it back, but I won't sell it for $120.
