    94 Mazda Protege + KDC 3011

    Hey,

i got a 94 Protege and my cousin messed
up all the stereo wiring and the
radio that came with the car...

Anyways, now i have this ridiculous
wires coming out thru the hole
    where the stereo was...
and i got this Kenwood kdc-3100 that
    ive been trying to wire,
but some of the wires on the car
have the same colors and i couldnt figure out
    where to plug...

so heres the wiring diagram i found
for the car stereo wiring on this website: http://www.the12volt.com/installbay/...tail/1397.html (theres a few Blue/white ones thats gettin me confused):

and heres the kdc-3100 wiring diagram:

and heres how my car and the kenwood wires
    are:

    can someone gimme a help?

so i used this parameter to connect the wires
    to each other...

and i found out that blue/white is different fron
white/blue so i connected them all to their respective
    wire

but the player still didnt turn on =S

I just did this a week ago on my sisters 93 protege. The info from THE12VOLT is horrible... since it says Blue/red stripe is both Constant power and RF speaker + lol

Heres what I used, (stolen from frogi323s thread http://www.wihandyman.com/forum/showthread.php?t=45707)

And your radio should tell you the corresponding colors.

You could go to a JY and get the factory plugs, wire them up and then get one of those plug and play kits that you wire to your deck and then you just connect the plugs.
