I can't help you with the offset but your planned wheel/tire combo is not optimal. According to the Tire and Rim Associaton, a 195/50 tire should not be fitted on a rim more than 7" wide. The minimum tread width for a 50 aspect ratio tire to be mounted on an 8" wide wheel is 225. Mounting a 195/50 tire on an 8" wide wheel can result in shortened tire life or even damage to the wheel or tire. Optimal wheel width/tread width dimensions are a function both of tread width and aspect ratio; the lower the aspect ratio the greater the wheel width required for a given tread width.

yea mounting a 195 on an 8" rim could give you issues for sure lol, i had a 205 mounted on an 8" rim and it was just wide enough so the tire wasn't stretched.

offset tho, factory wheels are 42 i believe, so I wouldn't go any lower than a 25 offset...

Lol at the responses. First off, if he is streeting diamond racing wheels (which i don't recommend bc they are very weakly structured, but i'm sure you know that), he wants the stretch, and he has been hanging around too many vw / honduh boys. He doesn't care about tire life, or the safety factor, just the look of the stretch.

To the OP, you will get no where posting threads of wheel tire combo's that don't make sense. I've seen many a threads go up in flames, and most here don't really like the stretched tire scene, bc its not functional, or practical in any means.

        I'm just saying. . .
