well not much here besides an oil change today. I also think I have a solution to our leaking valve covers.... studs. The car gets 30mpg on E85 and still pulls hard, a true sleeper to some people around the area lol. I can't wait to get it on the dyno! I wonder how much power I'm making... I have no clue

Studs? hmm never thought of that for the VC, but I was however thinking about that for the oil pan lol, everything would line up and go on smooth with no gasket smearing...so ya, that'd probably work well on the VC too! lol

The solution to the leaky valve cover is the newer revised Miata gasket from Mazda which is much much more meaty than the cheap beck arnley/felpro crap.

Are we talking the gasket or the breather points on the VC? I didnt notice your valve cover leaking. You were getting alot of oil pushed out of the breather valve. DId you get that fixed yet?

No not really, just put a hose to the intake. My problem is the valve cover gasket.

I also need an oil cooler.... I don't have the OEM one since I don't like the design. Another part that I want to buy lol.

Bah, I really need to find the bag that it came in from Mazda, Chris was asking about it awhile back also. I'd like to say it was for the 97+ and the part number was something like BP-xx-cxx, dunno off hand.

Yesterday I raced a stage 2 Cobb port tuned sti and I was next to him the whole time. He said it should be making 276whp. It was fun to look at his reaction after the 1st try lol!
