You can technically remove that pitted material to form the combustion chamber, but will lose a few cc's obviously, but you may be able to save it.

Bent valve, replace the guide and the valve and it should be fine, I'd imagine you were going to put new seals in the head anyways?

Yeah i was thinking of this. I have the head form the oil starved engine. if the head is in good shape(pull it apart tomorrow) i may just use that , if its bad(wich im sure it is), i may take a valve from it. my worrie is weather or not the valve seat is damaged. I checked my local yards and i can get a head for about 40bucks from a u-pull so if i cant put a good head togather out of the 2 i have i'll go that route.

but ya, sounds like you have a few options, which is nice at this point lol

cleand the fouled valves and did some valve grinding

thoes wire wheels are ment fror low speed drills ...but that took to long lol. got the job done but just about destored the wheels.

that carbon is a bitch to get off.

valve grinding compound. dab alittle on the valve, put valve in head, spin it a few times.old shcool valve job.

top left vs top right (grinded)

nice! Looks like it has a good contact surface after lapping the valve. If they all turn out consistant like that they should seal nicely.
