This couldn't have happened to a better guy or a more awesome family. They finally settled down into a nice house and, from all appearances, have a great family life. I just saw Chris about a month ago, but didn't have time to hang out. This sucks. I will definitely be donating everything I can to help keep some resemblance of a family life for Chris, his wife, and his kids. I thought I had lost everything in my accident, but when something like this happens to a growing family, I realize I never really had anything to lose in the first place. Get well soon brother. You're in my thoughts and my prayers.

Godam bikes. So much fun and so damn dangerous. If I can scrape anything up I'll paypal it. Here's hoping they find a spinalcord miracle.
'90 AWD Protege, full GTR drivetrain swap, ~320 whp daily driver, RIP, and
'90 AWD Protege, yet another GTR swap, Open class rallycar with a Toyota GT4 gearbox swap, thus crossing the line between hobby and mental illness. And a Brabus E55 K8, removing all doubt.

I dont have any money to donate at this time.. but i do have what i think is a great idea.. I have a guy who makes die cut stickers and as he is a rider himself im sure he will be willing to help out..

If someone could come up with a "turpro" related sticker design relatively small so they arent expensive to make im sure I can get my friend to make a bunch and sell them at just the cost of materials if not less..

I paid 2$ for my " I heart my JDM ford" sticker

im sure it wouldnt be more then 50cents or so to make some sort of a I support turpro sticker.. we can then sell them on here and the other forums for mayb 5 or 10 bucks a peice.. and donate all the proceeds to chris and his family..

might be able to get a few extra to throw in with any one who buys parts that have proceeds going to chris..

Maybe even incorporate "turpro" into a mazda logo or something.. I cant draw and im not very good with photoshop but if someone wants to run with the idea and we can come up with a design i can get it over to my guy and he can get us a price.. the more we buy the cheaper it would be as well..

500 stickers at 10$ a peice is 5 grand.. i know its not a whole lot but it could help with putting some food on the table for them for a while well he is recovering

That is a great idea... please keep me posted on the sticker IDEA!!!! I will forward it to the facebook benefit page.

                      Update:
                      • I just got a text from Chris' mom that said he has finally been administered into his own room. I am waiting on word from Kasey to see if its okay to have people visit before surgery.
                      • He has not had surgery yet... He will be getting a CT scan again on Wednesday, then they will know when the surgery will be. I'm going to try to stop by to visit him this week.
                      • Just for reference, now that he is moved to his own room... visiting hours are from 8am to 9pm, no passes needed.
                      • We are still waiting on a list from Kasey's mom for things that we can do to help... one thing that I know that she mentioned was finding a way to get possibly one meal a week cooked for the kids and fam while things are still rough. I know people want to help any way they can so soon I will be making a list/calender to see if this can get started. For now hold off as I haven't gotten a response quite yet when to officially start rounding up help... please stay tuned.

This is from Chris' Sister on the Facebook benefit information page...

I just want to say that when I seen how many people are a part of this group & all it does is keep growing, it means more to me than you could ever image. My brother is my hero & to know he has this many people that care, love, & support him is just phenomenal. So I personally want to thank you out the bottom of my heart for each and every one of you. Please stay strong as you already know Chris is fighting this obstacle ♥ Thank you so so so much everyone."

                            Get well Chris.

Sad to hear of the accident, but I am happy to see all the positivity from him, his family, and his second family (Club Pro).

While I'm not employed at the moment, I do believe I have a few parts I can sell in the corner store with proceeds going to his aid. Will be going through my stash later this week.
