I haven't been on in a few days, and I just found out about the accident. All my thoughts are with Chris and his family. This is just a terrible thing to have happened to such a good person. I don't know him personally, but from his posts I can tell he's a great guy. As soon as I get anything to donate to the fund I will absolutely. I'm pulling for ya, Chris, and so is the rest of CP. Here's hoping you have a speedy recovery. Sadly, I'm not any closer, otherwise I'd offer to help in some other way....again, my best to Chris and his family.

^^^My thoughts exactly. I just found out about this as well and will be donating what I can next week. His recent post about scuffing the curb also sent a chill throughout my body because I know people who have wrecked their bikes. As much as I want to own one, stories like this keep me off.

Chris...please get well soon! My thoughts and prayers go out to you!

This is the worst news I've heard in a long time. Riding for 20+ years I have seen this happen more times than I care to remember. This is the reason I left motorcycling. I just couldn't shake the feeling of my own doom.

I would offer one piece of advice. Chris isn't necessarily going to want stickers everywhere reminding him that he should get well. Maybe just something associating his name with Mazda, or something showcasing his car with just his name in a cool way. Just my $.02.

I wish I was closer, I'd go visit him in the hospital and Ive never even met him. I literally teared up reading the original post.

I was thinking this too. I thought it was just me but-----I wouldn't want to be anybodies poster child, especially when I'm hurting.

Yeah I agree, wasn't thinking about that. I do like the sticker idea though

I don't have much to give but I will stop by a 5/3 today
I live my life a quarter pounder at a time. And for those 500 calories or more, I'm free. I need FRIES! Two of them. The big ones. Oh, and I need them tonight. You're lucky the double shot of BBQ sauce didn't blow the seam on your nugget box. There she is, 2 pounds of pure beef. My dad ate it in 9.0 seconds flat. Check it out, it's like this. If I lose, winner takes my happy meal. But if I win, I take the burger and the toy. To some people, that's more important.

                      Update:
                      • I will be heading to 5/3 Bank this afternoon to forward over access to the Foundation Account so that Chris/Kasey are the proprietaries. I told the bank to do this but my name is on the account, and I want their names on it.
                      • I'm going to try and snag a card today after I run home for the AFJ's/locals to sign. I will give an update on where the card will be so we can show how much we care
                      • Spoke with Officer Lang yesterday and am having the police report faxed to me so I can send out to the fam for their use.
                      • Per Kasey's (Chris' Wife's) Mother,

I went by 5/3 today. At the time I went there the teller could not locate any account for Chris Kreusch. Let me know when this is straightened out. I would prefer to donate over paypal but I can not justify letting paypal tax a donation for someone in need of back surgery...
