    NE 1988 Gtx gtx 4wd for sale $2000

    I am putting my 323 gtx up forsale.

    It has 142,000 miles I bought it not running turned out to be bad ecu. so i converted the car to an mx-3 wireing harness distributer and coil, has a lex built pnp megasquirt and bpt 330cc injectors. Car is tuned on 12psi and pump gas. the stock turbo went out on the car so i built a vj-14/vj-20 hybrid turbo for it. Then built a custom front mount for the car useing 2.25 pipeing and a revhard intercooler. the car has a turbo back 2.25 echaust open dumped before the rear axle. The car has some rust all fixable the cars chassis is sound. The interior is in great shape but could use a good cleaning havent ever got around to it should clean up really well. the paint is in pretty good shape. tires have good tread but are old. the brakes are good all the way around front are slightly warped not real bad. The car will need a head gasket put in it will drive just fine but the headgasket leaks oil externaly no coolant or oil mix. it either needs an igniton swith or a starter will inclde a known good starter. Needs 4x4 lock motor reinstalld have a good one. has new water pump, t-stat, timeing belt, and radiator. need a fan installed i have ot installed one because i havent been city driveing it wont get hot unless stop and go traffic. needs a heater core leaks into the car. all in all its in really good conditon for its age and due to the rarity of the car i want to sell it driveing. it will drive fine to where ever.         Cant believe there is no interest in this car. Has allot of potential i just have three cars and dont need all of them. Where does the price need to be to get someone interested in buying this gtx i do not wanna have to part it out or scrap the car.

                  PLEASE do not scrap the car!! Parts are so hard to find now, surely someone will pick this up. Have you posted it in the GTX yahoo group? You may have better luck there.

                    hmmm... if I flew out and shipped the parts to you to fix it would I be able to work on it at your place so I could drive it back? I'd do the HG and install a fan. the fan would be easy, the HG would be tricky. As for the heater core, I'd just loop the lines till I got home.

                    edit: How much oil are we talking when you say it leaks?

                      Lines are already looped, id say less than a quart in a 1000 miles now that i fixed all the leaks except the hg. Which we could do at my house i have everything necisary to do it except the parts. And as for the fan it would not need to be done unless intown driveing. Hg would not even have to be done but prob not a bad idea considering the distance you have to go. But never had an issue while i was driveing it everyday for three months. 52 + miles a day. Dont want to scrap it but either way sold or scraped it needs to be gone.

                          Yes they are. I work on cars for a living. Nothing hard about it. Im just not going to do it. No need car drives just fine if im just trying to sell it not much interest in it now at what im asking which is what i have in the car why spend more money.
