The amount of work you've accomplished so far makes me feel bad about myself as a person.

The Epoxy is UTECH E380, its a primer/sealer made by Akzo Nobel. It works great but you can no longer buy it in Canada due to new low VOC laws. I just happened to have some left from other projects. I will be topping it with 2k high build primer, UTECH Polybase and finishing it with UTECH MS Clear.

This is my second paint job ever so here's to hoping it goes well

The car should be painted underneath tomorrow pending warm enough weather for the Gator Guard II bed liner.

Bedliner on the underbody? Never thought of that, thanks for the idea, haha.

Yea I actually spent a very long time removing the factory undercoating as it was trapping a fair bit of rust. The bed liner stuff is supposed to be pretty good stuff, it's a catalysed 2 part epoxy / urethane mix that should be very durable.

Cool, I need to get started on my derustification, if I may create a new word, haha. I'm going to need almost all the plastic panels under the engine replaced, though. Most of them are cracked, torn or can't even bolt in anymore.

And just a tip to anyone doing this themselves. WEAR A SUIT AND GLOVES! It took me HOURS to clean up lol.
