lol, yah so far its just been on the floor or my work bench. My family is coming to visit this weekend and is bringing my engine stand over from the east side! Thanks for the offer though.

As far as fuel starvation. ocassionally I will get a sustained boost pressure of something like 14-16 psi. even though most of the time the most I see is 11. I wouldn't say it cuts out but it feels like its mis-firing and I'd put the RPM's around 5.5-6k. I just figured I would take advantage of the parts on hand if it would help avoid lean conditions.

Also, the 255lph pump I have is drop in for the BG but what is need to drop in to the BF?

I am hoping that my parents will take the 911 back to their house for the winter so I can have more room in the garage to work and leave my car dissasembled overnight.

Received 1 of the four bg awd corners. I know the guy sent them all in sperate boxes, front pair and then a week later with the rear pair. I hope the post office didnt screw up. Ill wait till monday. Getting closer to having all I need. Just looking for a bpt transmission. In the mean time I've been working on my escort. Got the interior in today, looks boarderline presentable. Heres a link to my feoa thread.

Just got back from visiting the family for thanksgiving and arrived to the rest of my bg 4wd parts! I'll post pictures soon. I had been planning to run bg gtx ksports with cusco bfmr camber plates on top but I am starting to doubt that ksports can handle much abuse and are more for ride height. Does anyone have first hand experience or recommendations for a good lowering setup that can perform?

        Thanks!

Looks like I will be ordering the bfmr cusco camber plates and should then be able to bolt in bg Gtx ksports to my bf with bg 4wd knuckles. Sound correct to anyone? I guess we will find out. If this works out how I think it will I can then use the bg ksport camber plate/ pillowball on my escort!

I'd like to use these brakes. Gonna try and find a stock and readily available 5x114.3 rotor with an appropriate hat offset. I can use the bracket to adjust for some of the offset. Going to also try and keep them axial mounted but am considering having the mounting ears machines off and making the radial mounted.

nice , could you tell me if it can fit behind a 16' wheel on stock hub mounting, i fitted evo brembos to my lantis ba hubs but was too big and hit my wheels so sold them and was looking at rx7 ones now if it can fit behind 16's which it should hopefully..

                etude ftw!

These will not bolt on to the stock mounting tabs of the bg 4wd knuckles, they are too narrow for the rx7 caliper mounting tabs. Im still working on sourcing my 5 lug hubs but once I do I can choose a rotor and have my adapter made. It'll probably be a few months till I get it done but once I do I will post the details.

some news to report! Finally got my axle nuts off, so I just need to remove the bearings and hubs. Do these have a circle clip or anything? Just pressed in?

looking at the knuckle from the inside

                    all 4 on the floor

I will be picking up my BG GTX transmission tomorrow from Bo, pretty excited.

Once I get all the old bearings and hubs pressed out of the knuckles, Im gonna clean them up real purty and start my 5 lug 4 pot swap. Still plannin to use protege5 hubs inside new bearings. Been looking at rotors on rockauto. Going to have to stay with a pretty shallow disk as there isn't much room between the disc and the caliper bracket

I had originally intended to use rx7 4 piston calipers but then I thought I might try out some porsche boxster calipers with a bracket simliar to the one I use on my 914 (below)

With this caliper I can run something in the 290mm diameter range and 24mm thick. also this will allow me to add a vented rotor to the rear.

Been awhile since I popped in here. Progeress is still being made. I finally got my hands on a couple e154 toyota adapter plates. Im trying to track down an st205 trans and associated pieces now. Ive gathered some more suspension bits, an isuzu imark rs front bumper. The clutch is pretty dead so I just orderd all the parts to redo that. Fidanza steel insert, rear main seal, throw out and pilot bearings and I decided to pick up the flying miata installation tools for the seals since the ones I installed on the egt are starting to leak. I also just got married so now that that is taken care of I expect to make more progress here.

Heres a shot of the egt that I was trying to wrap up awhile ago. Still got work to do but its fun for now.

any of you bf guys going to the corksport meet?

I think you are thinking of the later 1.8 GTR. Eventually I will be ditching the whole 1.6 and going with the 1.8 and a much much larger turbo. This bump reminded me I have a bunch of pictures to put up!
