Oh hey there, I smell the stench of a new year.

Would it be okay for me to post my other car somewhere in the general area of this forum? I notice DSM dont get too much love around here.

I always post pics of my other cars in photo section. I like Talon's over Eclipse's any day, so I would like to see more pics for sure. Happy Hangover day everyone!

Only thing with dsm cars is headgasket issues

not on all of them, and it's not like B-series motors are immune to crank problems either...

Haha, this thread is filled with Inaccuracies. Im fairly certain that a bad DSM is just a direct cause of owner neglect. In the last 3 years ive had mine, ive put over 70,000 miles on it with only one problem, a melted fan blade. No HG issues, no Crankwalk Issues. Granted i did buy it fully stock and have sunk well over 10k into it so the good parts are there, and so is the drive to do something correctly. I havent gone this far with this car to listen to people tell me its nothing but an unreliable pile. Hell its taken me coast to coast in Full bolt on form at over 300 hp on the stock block and drivetrain, so its clearly not just a DSM genetics issue. Ill be sure to post more pics/info once I get the chance, im headed out right now to meet up with some Locals here in Central NC, who knows might even get into some fun with what they say is rolling around these parts.

                      Happy motoring!

well if you google "crank walk" it will pretty much all be dsm related links, jus' sayin. my buddy has a laser, and i used to have a 1g talon, he and i never had any problems though. the 4g63 is a very capable motor.
