          nice score for $250!!

on the talk of ball bearing shifters, I love my C's shifter, but I also have a DIY short throw shifter with some ball bearings fitted instead of bushings...worked out well but I've been too lazy to install it haha. I figure if it works I can replace all the bushings in the linkage with the ball bearings, they're sealed also so they should hold out with some grease and washers for extra protection.

yeah, it needs a few things, i think the driver's side power window switch needs replaced, it got rained on, and was in the lock position, so none of the windows work. also needs a passenger side fender, and a rear passenger door. that aint sh*t.

Put a protege on some wheel dollies and moved it out of the way in the garage. Brought my compressor and cherry picker to the garage finally. almost done running the air piping. when that's done, gonna run the 220 circuit for the compressor, then I'll be good to go for air, and for making my gray 4WD cause psshh-ing noises.

Been wondering why I've lost 30 mi/tank as of late. plugsnwires helped some. Heater's been even less useful than normal too. Took a peek at water temp and hmm it sseems a bit low. Got lower going down the freeway so I bought a thermostat and my lil treasure said "thanks for noticing why'd it take you so long ya moron"...

Almost got the fog lights installed. Almost..... There is some major half a$$ electrical work with this car. None of the wires go where they should and tons of them aren't getting any power. And then the accessories going to the fuse box just have wires stuck into the fuse holes with the fuses, not actually hard wired into the box like they should be. Took me two long nights of working to just get most of those issues sorted out, and then today I worked on the fog lights. Had power to the wires I wanted to and got the switch to work and wired up the relay and mounted the fog lights and wired them in. Then went to turn them on and they didn't turn on. The relay clicks and the switch works, but the other power wire that goes to the relay isn't getting any voltage now..... And it did earlier today.... So I called it a night. Hopefully tommorow I can figure out why it isn't working. I don't feel like rewireing it again!

finished up my fog light install. Couldn't figure out why there wasn't any power going to the wire I originally had, so I used a different place in the fusebox. And I found another benefit of having no power accessories, besides weight savings and extra cost. It also leaves lots of spots open in the fusebox under the dash!
