    Megasquirt PNP Harness BG/BP: Escort/Protege/Tracer/GTX/GTR

    finally got bored enough to do the pnp harness diagram, this should work for all the bg's but make sure on the outputs. this is all going off whats running in my car, started off as a lex built ms1 and evolved into an ms2, launch, fan, cam and ebc got added to it too.

    can someone sticky this im sure itll come in handy?

    ill add the actual file too incase anyone cant read it clearly

        On the Db37 diagram you have pin 1 as 12v. This should be pin 28, the fuel pump is pin 37.


        Its good to see you've gone to the effort of making this though.

          id have to check again, but im pretty sure what i have is correct. i have the fuel pump wired like the miata so it backfeeds the main relay to turn the pump on. so im not using that diagram exactly.... ill see if i can check today, but i already built a harness like this and it fired nerdracing's car right up the first try.... ill make sure tho now you got me thinking...lol...

            Ok cool Josh, just check because pins 1-19 are grounds.

              that db37 pic is just one i grabbed to use of the basic pin out, so maybe its just that thats different. but all the top pins arent all grounds either....

                    With the exception of SPR1,2,3,4 the top pins are mostly grounds.

                        ok ya im not sure how i did that, but thanks for the heads up, its fixed now i believe the rest is still right ill look one more time tho

                          Just double check the fuel pump also, the rest looks good.

                            fuel pumps right i know that much, i had to change the miata wiki to fix a diode change.

                            Since the stock ECU does not trigger the fuel pump, but the AFM does, we need a circuit to be able to prime and drive it properly. We back-feed 12v into the fuel pump relay to make it happen. You must remove ST_SIG fuse else you will short out the circuit.
                            1. connect 12V to TIP125 from S12C
                            2. Get trigger from MS from the banded end of D4
                            3. Connect through db37 to pin 1C of the factory harness. I used spare4 which comes out pin 6 of the db37. I then wired it to 1C of the factory harness.
