      That definitely sounds like top end, not bottom end. Collapsed lifter? Are the V6s solid lifter or hydraulic? Sort of sounds like it is causing a miss on one cylinder as well. If that is the case you should be able to figure out which cylinder it is by unplugging each coil one at a time. If you unplug one and it doesn't change the way the car is idling then that would be the cylinder with the problem.

        Yeah the valves are hydraulic and rollers as well and I was testing spark and it's not all that great so I'll do compression test monday if that's okay I'll get new plugs and coils
