Dome light/Radio issues

My aftermarket deck took a dump a few weeks ago, so I started installing a new deck in my car last night. Got the old deck removed, pulled the wiring harness from my Mazda up gently to start wiring up the new radio and my interior lights go out. Check the fuse, its fine. I have also noticed that the light for the door ajar isn't working. Today I was messing with it a bit, and if you move the wiring harness around, the door adjar light and dome light will come back on, but it takes a lot of tweaking with it. What did I do? And is the radio powered on this circuit, because it doesn't work, either!!!

I'm having the same issue. The radio doesn't come on, and the dome light (for door ajar) doesn't come on. Where is this wiring harness that I have to adjust, and how do I adjust it? Any help appreciated.
