Chasing the noise, could this be the culprit?

Im pretty sure the splines are worn, figured a video was the best way to ask other BF owners. You are looking at the front right axle/jackshaft splines, alot ...

Here it is. Intermediate shaft to RH cv axle, splines have some play. Dosn't seem right to me. I have a "wheel bearing" type noise that has been very difficult to locate. I figured it was somewhere in the 24 y/o drivetrain.

    Thanks in advance!

is that bolted up and everything? the bearing in the intermediate shaft looks like its beyond shot.

Ya. The bearing is still fine but its where the intermediate shaft slides into the cv joint that is sloppy. Like worn out splines.
