    Your doing an epic job on this! Great work!! Your car is awesome. Quick question though, Post #13 the last picture... The coilovers... That company didn't really think their acronym through did they? Lol.

    Update list:

    -sold my Tom Motorsport seats to get Bride seats
    -sold the Megasquirt V2 to get a V3
    -removing a few things of the interior
    -Tilton Engineering pedal box to install
    -Brembo front calipers with Girodisc 2-piece disks
    -front/rear subframes and a lot of other parts has been sandblasted/powdercoated
    -custom manual steering rack
    -AWR LCAs reinforcement plates
    -KMR front H-brace and rear V-brace
    -getting the tranny assembled with full MFactory internals
    -and finally, getting the 2.0L ready

    Will post pics when stuff if ready.

    Cut the cardboard mold into a 1/4" thick aluminium plate and welded it in the sandblasted tranny housing

    Assembled the engine:

    Block:
    -acid dipped
    -oversized bore 83.5mm
    -rectified deck
    -linehoned
    -new oil jets
    -everything balanced
    -Wiseco 9.0:1 comp ratio 83.5mm overbore
    -K1 Technologies connecting rods stock lenght
    -ARP main bearing studs
    -ARP head studs
    -Clevite bearings
    -Modified MBSP to have 2 AN-10 oil returns (external PRV and turbo drain)
    -AWR deep sump baffled oil pan with extra bung for oil temp gauge
    -Doc-B Racing blueprinted oil pump, coated and internal PRV removed
    -new water pump
    -new timing belt hardware

    Cylinder head:
    -Stage 1 port & polish
    -rectified deck
    -valve clearance adjusted to specs (0.010" inlet and 0.012" exhaust)
    -3 angle valve job
    -Cometic 0.051" head gasket
    -Eibach EVS valve springs
    -Integral Racing camshafts "turbo grind"
    -custom adjustable cam gears
    -ARP exhaust manifold studs
    -Outlaw Engineering intake manifold thermal spacer kit
    -Denso IK24 spark plugs to fit Denso CBR1000RR coils

    Painted the entire engine with Seymore Alumiblast paint
    Test fitted the custom ramhorn manifold with Turbosmart 38mm EWG, GT2860RS turbo, custom 2.5" downpipe & 1.5" screamer pipe.

    good lord i love your attention to cleanliness & detail. Great progress! how large are those front rotors? any rear rotor upgrade?
    whats your overall end compression ratio?
    and those LCA's they look like the AWR weld on plates were added yea??

    Have you looked into the 626 subframe system that lets you have the better designed control arm setup?? both inline bushings vs the crapshot stressed rear pivot. better balljoints** too
    almost a bit late in the game to mention that- but its something to heavily consider.
