    put like 80 miles on it today. **** rules.

    I let my friend with the green car drift it around a roundabout, and that's how we discovered the clutch is probably not going to stand up to drifting, so that was nice. he said that once it was sideways it was great, super controllable and would be good to learn in.

      Finished stripping the godawful Miata.net special interior out of it, cleaned it, and did the hard parts of the black NB2 interior swap.

          Got some beef. It's what's for dinner. Currently making my Jeep smell really good. Especially when combined with a "Margarita" flavored/scented Little Tree. Man smells. Corky Bell would be proud.

          Interior swap is mostly done. Need to cut down some Eclipse vents to throw in the holes, make my door panels, and get some accordian pins for the rear carpets. Installed the passenger airbag blockoff plate. Wasn't as nice of a part as i expected. Next time i'll make my own. That said, it's crazy how heavy that airbag was, so i'm glad it's gone.

                I'm taking the Sled into Lynnwood Merc this morning. When you fill it, it leaks fuel. Turns out this is a warranty item fixed on their dime with loanerkar if it isn't an in n out fix. OK then!

                    before the turbo I had 4-1 longtubes with a 3" exhaust and no cat, it sounded glorious but was godawful inside the car.

                    now it's compressor flutter, diff noises, transmission clunking, and pebbles bouncing off of the inside of the wheel arches.

                      I can relate to that when I was running my BP, only thing was it didnt sound that bad in the car but anything over cruise throttle was LOUD. Should be even more obnoxious with .7L more displacement.

                        I should probably put a blow off valve on my car but the WOOBWOOBWOOBWOOB every time I let off the throttle is highly entertaining

                          Eh... low boost and/or truck turbo = ain't care. Just run Holsets or cheap turbos.
