I use 75-90w Redline or Motul with about a quart of 140w. A long funnel will get it to the reverse switch at the top of the trans on the driver side. I find that easier then the speedo cable or the side plug on the front. Remove that ~24mm front plug, make sure the car is level, and when lube starts coming out, you're full. That leaves the centerdiff which has its own supply. One drain plug on the bottom, one on the side, same story make sure it's level front to back and side to side. This is the weak spot not to be ignored... kinda reminds me my car is about due...
'90 AWD Protege, full GTR drivetrain swap, ~320 whp daily driver, RIP, and
'90 AWD Protege, yet another GTR swap, Open class rallycar with a Toyota GT4 gearbox swap, thus crossing the line between hobby and mental illness. And a Brabus E55 K8, removing all doubt.

the central differential has another fluid different from the gearbox?

yes, centerdiff has it's own oil drain and fill separate from the rest of the trans. Use the same kind of lube, although I use heavier lube there, 90-140 and redline heavy shockproof or something similar. Gotta crawl under there and look for the same large drain plugs as on the main trans case.
