I mounted the AVC-R boost controler today. I used a spare piece of interior I had. It was the panle that the hood poper is mounted to. After cutting and shapping the piece to fit I took the back off the AVC-R and screwed it to the piece I made. I but the front back on e AVC-R mounted the unit in the center console. I like how it turned out. It matches the interior and it cost zero dollars. I also added another fan because the car needed two fans. But I bought too big of a fan lol as seen in the pic. I returned it and it now have 2 12" fans .

So after e new fan was installed and installed the in line water neck the car still got to hot to drive. After some inspection turns out there was milky looking oil in the pan and oil cap. I can't believe this happened again. I don't get it. So I went to the junkyard and pulled a 2001 milinea motor that was super clean and the oil looked perfect. I'm taking the klg4 out and swapping this one in. If this doesn't work I'm building the klg4 block. If this motor works and the car doesn't over heat I'm going to change the klg4 hg and keep it as a spare. Look how clean this motor is I picked up its crazy clean!!.

I moved and had no place to work on the car. Kept getting crappy junkyard motors and after the 3rd or 4th swap I got tired of doing it. It seemed to me I was putting more and more money into a car I only built to race one person in SC at the last flirtle meet I went to. After he saw the car and never showed I was kinda done with it. Car sat in my buddies yard for 2 years. He needed room for his new boat so I took all the goodies out and junked the car.

And now that I have this, I really didn't need the 323 anymore. This has 489 whp and is really fun to drive and race it. Nothing beats the sound of a boosted V8!!!
