          It very well could be fine, if it is just be careful and follow the proper torque etc. whenever you remove that bolt. I put almost 200K on my 91 and it had a small nose crank, never a problem and I drove the piss out of it.

            Yea it is a small nose for sure. Has some kind of crazy looking plastic wrapped around the crank pulley where the key way is. I'm guessing its some kind of reinforcement.

              Slow and steady progress shooting for spring time. Made a header for the engine did an E cam swap with adjustable cam gears got the bottem of the car painted front subframe in engine and tranny in fenders back on and most of the front suspension on. Still lots to do.





              Also bought this with a friend but thats a whole different topic

                Btw the e cam swap bumps me up a class in autox so I will be running in SMF like I had planned originally but with much less power oh well.

                    I was trying to stay within the Street touring rules but like I said before I gutted too much out of the car for that but running within the Street Modified rules I can use my carbon fiber hood, second gen knuckles, rx7 ball joints and it leaves me open to turbo the motor later on of I ever feel like doing it. It's a pretty open class when it comes to mods.

                        I believe as long as you are running the a block in the car that was from the manufacturer aka any ford motor you should be ok. I will double check.

This allows engine blocks manufactured as production units for sale in other countries such as Japan or Germany.
