I'll have a use for that when my stock one rusts away. At least keep the blueprints alive!

      w0000000t!!!

So, I just changed jobs, and now have two hours a day free that used to be commuting. Which means I can get my butt out in the garage and get crackin' on my stack of projects!!
(I still have the car on jackstands from before, after putting the Mazdaspeed clutch-type LSD in the stock housing, and still have the engine on the hoist...

On the top of the list, is to get Jim some Paypal doolers, and get ready for the GT-4 rear diff!

Hey Jim, any updates on when your next gap in work will be to get these bad boys finished up? The money is burning a hole in my paypals pocket.

Hopefully everyone is quick to tell you want they want for swaybar/control arms after you PM them so we can get this wrapped up. I pretty much finished off my GTRs clutch last summer, and I am holding off on replacing it until I can do so with a gtr/gt4 hybrid clutch

Ok-we're finally finishing up all the cars/projects and have some free time coming up to knock these out. At your earliest convenience give me a PM and let me know what type of swaybar mount you'd like on the crossmember. I have a progress bar here---it has the standard 2 bolt mount---I can do something similar to stock although the slot would have to be a hole/the oem bracket would need to be modified with a washer or just a replacement bracket. We can also do mounts for a speedway engineering torsion bar if someone wanted to go that route---either option is fine with me and we don't need to do them all the same-let me know guys-thanks!!!

Just checking in---got all the legs welded onto the units although I may have some clearance issues to address for those using stock arms---that's this weeks project...We're having the lower plates sheared to dimple die and then weld on---and then I've got 2 progress bars and a stock bar for the swaybars---everyone else check in when you've got time and let me know what you'd like. When finished I'm sending them all out to get sand blasted/cleaned up---we may have an opportunity for powdercoating---the guy that I've been using for the chassis brace stuff will let me slip ones/two's in to the white/black/red type of batch's---then if someone wanted anthracite we could just wait for my next batch...

Do you know anything about the BF Wagon rear subframes? I just purchased a parts GTX to swap the AWD into the wagon, and I'd rather purchase a bolt in subframe using the OE Mazda rear diff (all BF GTX factory parts). I can send the wagon subframe itself if its different, but I assume its the same as the other FWD cars.

Hey there-sorry for the late response, last few weeks we've been prepping for SEMA---we have more than 17 cars there with our parts including the factory Hyundai Veloster and Ford Fiesta in the manufacturer booth---absolutely nuts/incredible year for us!!! So I'm not familiar much at all with the BF stuff---and I'm not really taking on any new projects until March of 2016 at the moment as we're trying to get caught up. Your welcome to stop by and have a look---I have both a 2WD and 4WD subframes here---both OEM and the tubular units. I may have an extra 2WD unit, but it would house the Celica Alltrac diff.

So guys we're still sorting out the uptravel issues---not a big change, just one leg needs to be moved on the 4WD units---the 2WD units have good clearance. It'll take a week to get back up to speed from SEMA/being gone and then we'll try an finish these up by the end of the year.

Glad to hear from you Ian---yeah the forum software is a bit glichy, but seems better as of late.

The units are stacked nicely and in front of me/the guys everyday so we have to look at them---I'll post some more pics when I have something to look at-talk soonClick image for larger version
