I blast with aluminum oxide. While the valve cover was the most diffuclt piece out this job. As for some reason it kept flattening out the wrinkle after it cured. I stripped the valve cover twice. Blasted to bare metal then polished if for the powder go turn out decent.
The turbo probably came out the best of all 3. The intake does look good, just wish it wasn't such a rough casting to start with.

          Question!

Do I need to disassemble my brake calipers before sending them to you to be coated or is that something you guys can take care of as part of prep?

I think I've decided on a nice, shiny copper instead of black for the calipers.

Would be recommended, I will be masking off the piston area and plugging the holes as well.
What color copper are you looking for exactly?
            something like this?

Okay, I'll make sure to do that before shipping them. And I have the color bookmarked on my computer, but the one you posted might be the same thing. I'll check tonight after work.

shipping to Canada is usually double from what shipping in the US is.

If the color you posted is RAL 8029 Pearl Copper (and it looks like it is) then yes, that's the color I was thinking of. I'll have to get the calipers ready along with a few other things and I'll send you another message on Facebook for a new quote including the copper.

                    yep that's the color
That color requires a clear coat, so i'll be waiting to hear from you to give you a more accurate quote
